Return Process

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original swing tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
